Registration Fee: $200

Our meeting begins at 8:30am and adjourns at 4:00pm, with a buffet breakfast at 7:30.  Both are in the Armstrong Room.  On Wednesday evening there is a reception and dinner from 6:30 to 9:00.  We’re working on a location; the restaurant will be close to the hotel.

The deadline for hotel reservations is October 3.  To reserve your room, you may contact the Hilton at 1-847-678-4488; the call-in code is NCFC.  The single and double rate is $159 plus state and local taxes.

A registration form and a survey are attached.  Please complete and return both by October 3. The survey is an important tool in our planning to ensure that you get the most out of the conference.
